Room Rentals

The North Texas Nonprofit Institute provides two rooms for nonprofit organizations to host community workshops, meetings, and events. 

Our rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and require an agreement after reserving your time. Our agreement includes information regarding room policies, catering requests, and other essential items.

NTXNPI Classroom

Our classroom can host 36 individuals in a classroom setting and includes access to a computer, large TV, whiteboard, and simulcasting capabilities for hybrid events.

Jolene "Jojo" Loretta Strawser Conference Room

Named in honor of our office's favorite mini Goldendoodle, our conference room can host 4-6 individuals. The room includes a phone, TV with webcam, and a whiteboard.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
