Workshop - Leveling Up: Training for First-Time Nonprofit Managers

This training is designed for nonprofit employees who are stepping into a management role for the first time, often after years of excelling as individual contributors or frontline service providers. The program equips new supervisors with the foundational leadership, communication, and operational skills required to lead people, manage performance, strengthen morale, and align team functions with the organization’s mission and compliance environment.

Participants will learn practical, systems-oriented strategies to support teams, reduce uncertainty, maintain ethical practice, and improve organizational outcomes through effective supervision.
