This session is designed for new and intermediate level fundraisers. This includes an overview of best practices for a successful annual fund and features the donor cycle, giving trends, costs of fundraising, major gifts, donor relations, and stewardship.

Michelle currently serves as President of Dynamic Development Strategies, LLC, an award-winning nonprofit consulting firm she founded in 2019 to provide interim leadership and strategic fundraising services to nonprofits throughout Texas.
With over 20 years in nonprofit work, Michelle Crim, CFRE is uniquely qualified to both understand the work of a nonprofit leader but also be able to work alongside the staff and board of directors to ensure sustainable success.
Michelle received her Certified Fundraising Executive credentials (CFRE) in 2008, is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Fort Worth Metro Chapter and is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Fort Worth.
