Workshop - Beyond the Binder: Making Sense of Case Management
Thursday, 8/21/25 | 1-4 PM
North Texas Nonprofit Institute, 700 Highlander Blvd #205, Arlington TX 76015
When starting out as a case manager, you’re often trained on how to do things within your organization but often not what a case manager actually does. Various functions go into this role and it can be overwhelming. In this training, you’ll learn what it means to be a case manager and break down all the major functions of this role, from screening to after-care to documentation. If you’re new to case management or want to brush up on the basics, this training is for you! If you’re a supervisor and have new case managers, this training is for them!
