Barbara Clark-Galupi, CFRM is a 20-year nonprofit veteran here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Barbara is a passionate advocate for the nonprofit sector and child-centered social services in particular. As a practitioner, Barbara built successful small and mid-sized fundraising practices, launched profitable social enterprises, and developed effective branding and advocacy strategies for philanthropic impact. In 2013, Barbara launched creative!mpact, a firm dedicated to providing the strategy and services needed to drive revenue and impact for mission-driven organizations. In 2018, Barbara launched her latest venture, DFW501c.com, an online business journal focused solely on the North Texas nonprofit market. Barbara holds a degree from Sewanee: The University of the South and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from Indiana University Lily Family School of Philanthropy. She has always been an active community volunteer and advocate on behalf of social services and child-welfare related causes, having served as a volunteer with CASA of Tarrant County, Leadership ISD, Meals on Wheels, as President of the Burton Hill Elementary School PTO, and as a board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Social Enterprise Alliance and Junior League of Fort Worth. She currently serves on the board of The Parenting Center and Tarrant4Change.
